Experience with PMP solution development and interstate sharing. Optimum Technology is the leading implementer of Prescription Monitoring Program solutions and the first to implement an interstate exchange compliant with the Phase II Prescription Monitoring Information Exchange (PMIX) standards based on a Global Justice Exchange Document Model (GJXDM) Implementation Exchange Process Document (IEPD). We took the functional requirements of the PMIX Phase II project and developed the software to host an interstate sharing solution that was used by the Nevada Board of Pharmacy. We also created the test bed for PMIX testing.
Experience with web-services based information sharing. Optimum Technology is the solution developer for the Ohio Attorney General’s Ohio Law Enforcement Gateway (OHLEG) and the Ohio Local Law Enforcement Information Sharing Network (OLLEISN). Both are large-scale law enforcement information sharing solutions built on web services.
