Josh M. Davda, President and Chief Executive Officer
Back in 1984, Josh identified a pressing need to put solid business practices and IT solutions to work in state and local government agencies. He founded Optimum Technology to help these entities achieve key initiatives efficiently and effectively. By establishing partnerships with key system integrators including Oracle, Unisys and Andersen Consulting as a qualified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Optimum began winning bid after bid. Today, Optimum Technology is a $7MM consulting business serving both government and private sector accounts.

Cynthia Hunt, Executive Vice President
Cynthia joined the Optimum Executive Management Team in 2005 with an impressive history in information technology. In her 25-year career, Cynthia has excelled in virtually every facet of the business—from consulting through project, engagement, regional, and national practice management. She established an office for a national consulting firm that peaked at over 350 consultants. Now Cynthia leads the management consulting practice for Optimum Technology to deliver solid strategic development and tactical plans to our clients.

Matt Erb, Vice President, Consulting Services
As a certified project management professional, Matt brings over 27 years of IT experience to Optimum Technology. Before joining Optimum, he served in a variety of roles ranging from individual contributor to head of a large IT organization. Matt has led the creation of project management offices for many organizations, all with the same result—significant improvements in project performance.

George Shemas, Vice President, Development
Over the last 20 years, George has planned and delivered next-generation software products to serve over 1,250 organizations and 1.4MM users worldwide. In addition to forming his own IT consulting and systems integration business before joining Optimum, George also led the due diligence and product integration in a merger that transformed a $25MM software company into a $200MM software company. With Optimum Technology, George directs software framework and solutions development projects that deliver next-generation performance for our clients in the public and private sector.
